o Friday 5 PM to 9 PM
 Most new home buyers start their “home shopping week” on Friday, before they shove off for myriad home showings the next 2 days. This is the time to call your Loan Originator and ask questions about monthly payments, closing costs, HOA fees, transfer taxes and anything else you would like to know about the homes you will be seeing over the weekend.
o Saturday 2 PM to 6 PM
 Who sees a home during work hours?! The answer is, “not many home buyers”! So, why should you only be able to talk to your Lender during work hours? Don’t settle for an “Out of Office” email form your Loan Officer. Talk to one of us BEFORE a showing, when your AT a showing or AFTER a showing!
o Sunday 4 PM to 8 PM
 Decisions on making an offer on a home are not made in a vacuum! In most cases, they are made in a Starbucks, over coffee! You are taking this decision lightly and neither are we! When you have questions to help you decide on offer price, seller assist, down payment and any aspects of making the most important purchase of your life, we are there!
